We offer high-quality integrative and preventative care and are AAHA accredited. We are a "high-touch" practice and feel that truly getting to know our clients and patients is an integral part of providing the best veterinary care possible. At Brandermill we proudly offer mentorship from multiple experienced veterinarians and the opportunity to join a team with strong clinical skills in the areas of wellness and dentistry. Brandermill Animal Hospital is seeking a Full Time Veterinary Assistant to join our team! We are searching for a candidate with strong client education and patient care skills who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. The primary responsibility of the Veterinary Assistant is to advocate for our patients and work together with our clients to help them take excellent care of their pets. The ideal candidate is skilled in relationship building and demonstrates empathy when communicating in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include client education, animal handling, patient treatment, medical record management, lab sampling and processing, prescription filling and invoicing. As a representative of our hospital, a veterinary assistant must prioritize courtesy, compassion, and a positive attitude in all interactions with clients, patients, and coworkers. Previous animal handling and customer service experience is required. Experience with Idexx Cornerstone is a plus.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be available Mon
  • Fri 7:30 am
  • 7 pm and Saturday 9 am
  • 1 pm
