Responsibilities :
Understands workflow of the surgery department and ensures efficient daily operation. Provides input with problem-solving efforts for daily operations. Develops constructive and cooperative working relationships across the hospital. Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, communication and cooperation among team members. Collaborates with staff at all levels and departments to streamline delivery of services. Collaborates and provides feedback for hiring and onboarding of staff and performance reviews. Coordinates with Surgeon, Team Lead and Facility Manager to ensure equipment needs and expectations are met.Skills :
Ability to promote effective communication amongst team members. Demonstrates professionalism in all interactions. Ability to be flexible and adapt to the fast pace of the surgery service.Education :
