As Madison's only full-service, fully integrated small animal veterinary clinic, we combine traditional veterinary medicine with holistic therapies to provide individualized care for every patient. Our services include wellness and preventive care, surgery, dentistry, acupuncture, chiropractic care, nutritional counseling, and customized vaccine protocols.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional client service and create a welcoming experience for clients and patients. Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with patient care, treatments, and diagnostic procedures. Safely handle and restrain patients using Fear-Free techniques. Perform blood draws, nail trims, laboratory sample processing, and in-house laboratory testing. Assist with radiographs and other diagnostic procedures. Clean and sanitize treatment areas, maintain equipment, and stock supplies. Support front desk operations, including answering phones, texts, and emails; scheduling appointments; obtaining medical records; and processing end-of-day reports. Discuss estimates, invoices, and payments with clients professionally and compassionately. Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate patient records. Maintain confidentiality of client, patient, and financial information. Assist with lifting and transporting patients weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation:

Pay is competitive and commensurate with experience.
