Veterinary Technicians Private Mixed Animal Veterinary Hospital |
Goshen, Arkansas Anticipated Opening:
November 2026 A new privately owned mixed animal veterinary hospital in Goshen, Arkansas is currently building its team ahead of an anticipated November 2026 opening. We will provide both small animal and large animal veterinary services . We are looking for dedicated, compassionate Veterinary Technicians who are excited about the opportunity to join a new practice and help build a positive, team-oriented workplace from the ground up.
•Large Animal Veterinary TechnicianStrong Equine Experience Required
• We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician with a strong background in equine medicine . This position will support both hospital-based care and large animal/equine ambulatory services.
Ideal candidates will have:
Strong hands-on equine experience Experience assisting veterinarians with equine appointments and procedures Confidence and experience handling horses safely Experience with ambulatory/farm calls preferred Experience with venipuncture, catheter placement, injections, anesthesia, bandaging, and other technical procedures Strong patient-care and safety skills Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player Excellent communication and organizational skills A positive, professional attitude
•Small Animal Veterinary TechniciansMultiple Positions Available
• We are seeking multiple Veterinary Technicians to join our small animal team. This is an excellent opportunity for technicians who enjoy patient care, teamwork, and being part of a growing practice.
Ideal candidates will have:
Previous veterinary technician experience preferred Strong patient-care and technical skills Experience with blood draws, catheter placement, laboratory work, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, and surgical assisting Strong attention to detail and organization Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team A positive attitude and willingness to help develop workflows within a new practice Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care Schedule Four 10-hour shifts per week Monday-Friday Some weekend coverage may be required depending on staffing and hospital needs Schedule will be established as we get closer to opening Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
