Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center is looking for a Veterinary Assistant/Technician or CVT to join our compassionate small animal team! What You'll Do Assist veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, and surgery Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and medication administration Monitor anesthesia and patient recovery Collect and process lab samples Take radiographs and assist with dental procedures Educate clients on preventive care and treatment plans Help keep treatment and surgery areas clean, organized, and safe Jump in to support the front desk and team when needed What We're Looking For 3+ years of small animal experience preferred Strong communication and client service skills Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs and being on your feet Confident with common vet tech procedures and equipment A positive, team-first attitude Schedule & Perks 4-day work week + rotating Saturdays Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Benefits may include health insurance, CE allowance, uniforms, PTO & more Why Chaparral?
