Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic in Chandler, Arizona is looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team! We are a progressive, multi-doctor practice that has proudly served the Chandler community since 1981. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality medicine, exceptional client service, and creating a positive workplace where team members feel supported and valued. With five veterinarians, experienced leadership, and a strong technician team, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and wants to fully utilize their technical skills while continuing to grow professionally. About Our Hospital Arizona Avenue Animal Clinic is a full-service, paperless veterinary hospital focused on delivering exceptional care for every patient—from routine wellness visits to more advanced medical cases.

  • Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Perform patient restraint and low-stress handling techniques
  • Collect laboratory samples and run diagnostics
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Assist with surgery and dental procedures
  • Monitor anesthesia and hospitalized patients
  • Educate clients on treatments, medications, and preventative care
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area
  • Deliver exceptional client service and communication What We're Looking For
  • Previous veterinary experience required
  • Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) preferred, but not required
  • Strong technical and client communication skills
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital
  • Passion for patient care and client service
