We're looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant who enjoys working as part of a team, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Supportive team culture with strong communication and collaboration Doctors who genuinely enjoy teaching and mentoring Regular CE opportunities, lunch-and-learns, and ongoing learning Fun team atmosphere with team engagement activities and friendly competition Busy enough to keep your skills sharp while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment What You'll Do Provide compassionate nursing care and patient advocacy Assist doctors with examinations, treatments, and procedures Monitor anesthesia and support surgical and dental procedures Collect laboratory samples and perform in-house diagnostics Administer medications and treatments as directed Obtain and document accurate patient histories and medical records Assist with urgent care and same-day appointments Support hospitalized and drop-off patients throughout the day Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and preventative care Work collaboratively with doctors and teammates to provide an exceptional client and patient experience What You'll Bring Minimum 2 years of veterinary experience preferred Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred but not required Strong patient care and animal handling skills Experience with anesthesia monitoring and dentistry is a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset Passion for learning and continuous professional growth Schedule Full-time opportunity Four 10-hour shifts (4/10 schedule) Includes 1 weekend shift per week What We Offer Competitive compensation starting at $16+ per hour DOE Health insurance benefits Free mental health benefit options and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) with company match Competitive PTO plan Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws Continuing education opportunities Scrub allowance Employee pet benefits for up to 3 pets If you're looking for a hospital where teamwork, learning, and quality medicine go hand-in-hand, we'd love to meet you.
