Range Based on experience and license
Requirements:
Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred. Strong skills in patient care, anesthesia, and surgery assistance. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with the veterinary team. Excellent communication skills with both clients and team members. 2+ years experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians during exams and surgeries. Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments to patients. Perform diagnostic tests, including blood work and radiology. Monitor and maintain accurate patient records. Provide compassionate care to patients and ensure a positive experience for clients. Assist with inventory management and ensure the availability of necessary supplies. Drug calculations.
