$26.50 - $32.00 ALL dependent on education, experience, credentials, location, nature of practice, schedule, and additional responsibilities.Swing Differential:
$2.00/hourOvernight Differential:
$3.00/hour Why We Want You! As a member of the VCA team, you will support Technician and Doctor teams by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients. Your mission will be to win the confidence of every pet parent—by delivering an outstanding client experience—so we can provide exceptional care to every patient. You've worked hard to earn your credentials (CVT, RVT, LVT), and we were hoping you could put that knowledge to use. The skills that you will be utilizing include, but are not limited to: Venipuncture catheter placement radiology anesthesia monitoring physical examinations and patient assessment surgical preparation and assisting laboratory work pharmacy patient recovery compassionate care for our hospitalized patients Teamwork advocate Restraining and assisting in patient exams and routine procedures Taking detailed medical histories and patient vitals Providing compassionate care for our hospitalized animals Assisting our Doctor and Technician staff as needed with patient care Maintain accurate and complete medical records Helping clients and doctors during humane euthanasia Maintain a clean work environment to maintain any infectious disease protocols, handle medical/biomedical and infectious waste appropriately Maintain inventory and supplies for procedures and patient husbandry.Benefits:
