We are seeking an experienced RVT to join our compassionate and collaborative practice, serving both general practice patients and shelter animals in our community. Compensation & Benefits $25-35/hr depending on experience, skillset, and licensure Health insurance PTO and paid holidays CE allowance Employee pet discounts Retirement benefits Schedule Full-time preferred • Monday-Friday | 8:45 AM-5:45 PM • Flexibility for family, school, and life commitments whenever possible What You'll Do Monitor anesthesia and surgical patients Perform dental radiographs and prophylaxis Assist with shelter medicine procedures and treatments Place IV catheters and collect laboratory samples Perform diagnostic radiograph and ultrasound imaging Support outpatient appointments and inpatient care Educate clients and adopters Work collaboratively with veterinarians, assistants, and shelter staff What We're Looking For Active California RVT license Strong technical and patient care skills Compassionate, team-oriented attitude Interest in both GP and shelter medicine Commitment to patient advocacy and client communication About Our Team Our work matters deeply to us, but we also believe veterinary medicine should be sustainable.
