Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure smooth clinic operations Expedites patient care and efficiency of the staff In charge of patient care standards Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and veterinary critical care standards Perform animal restraint and handling with confidence, ensuring safety for both animals and staff during examinations and treatments Maintain accurate medical records, including documenting procedures, medication administration, and patient progress using veterinary terminology Take X-ray images, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols are followed Manage kennel duties including animal husbandry, feeding, cleaning, and monitoring animal behavior and health status Assist with dental procedures & anesthetic procedures, Perform animal catheterization and other technical procedures with precision and care Experience Proven veterinary technician experience with a strong foundation in veterinary terminology, animal physiology, and anatomy knowledge Demonstrated kennel experience along with proficiency in dog handling and animal restraint techniques Hands-on veterinary critical care experience is highly desirable to manage urgent or complex cases effectively Laboratory experience including sample collection, processing, and analysis to support diagnostics Knowledge of intubation, IVC placement, aseptic techniques essential for surgical preparation and infection control measures Experience with X-ray imaging procedures including positioning and safety protocols Join us as an Experienced Vet Tech if you're eager to bring your skills into a collaborative environment dedicated to excellence in animal health.
