What You'll Do:

Execute intravenous catheter placement, endotracheal intubation, and operate as well as maintain anesthetic and surgical equipment. Administer treatments, medications, and cuddles as needed. Safely handle and restrain dogs and cats during exams and procedures. Provide client education on wellness care, medications, and follow-up instructions. Perform diagnostics, including bloodwork, radiographs, and magic tricks to make the job look easy. Create calm, positive experiences for nervous or fearful pets and their humans. Monitor and manage anesthesia during surgical procedures, interpret patient parameters and advocate for patient safety throughout their anesthetic event. Deliver high-quality veterinary dental care, performing dental prophylaxis and capturing diagnostic full-mouth dental radiographs. Motivate, educate, juggle multiple responsibilities, and excel as a key member of our team. Prepare discharge instructions and effectively communicate treatment plans and financial details with clients. Build lasting relationships with our patients and their families.

What We're Looking For:

A skilled veterinary technician with a current RVT license (provisional accepted) or a minimum of 3+ years of on-the-job (including surgical) experience. A team player who can laugh at the antics of a curious kitten while expertly drawing blood. Someone who can keep their cool in a fast-paced environment - because pets (and their humans) can be unpredictable! Strong communication skills to educate clients and reassure pet parents with confidence and empathy.
