What We'll Do:
Triage and stabilize patients Place IV catheters, draw blood, run in-house diagnostics Monitor critical patients and assist with emergency procedures Administer medications, CRIs, and blood products Properly calculate medical math (including constant rate infusions) and administer medications via appropriate routes and duration Provide clear, compassionate updates to clients Help maintain a clean, safe, calm ICU environment Have patience and empathy to address client concerns. What We're Looking for: 1+ year of veterinary technician experience (ER preferred but not required) Strong phlebotomy, catheter placement, and nursing skills Comfort with fast-paced, emotionally charged situations Kindness, teamwork, and a steady, supportive presence Experienced and/or credentialed technicians highly encouraged to apply. In the absence of significant experience, if you want to learn and have a good attitude and work ethic we would also love to talk to you. We love to teach!
