Summary As a Veterinary Technician at Kindness Animal Clinic, you will play a vital role in supporting our veterinarians in delivering high-quality medical care to our patients. This position is essential to our commitment to animal health and client education, ensuring that every pet receives the best possible treatment. Responsibilities Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures including dentals Perform diagnostic tests, including X-rays and laboratory work. Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by the veterinarian. Provide proper animal restraint techniques during procedures. Educate pet owners on post-treatment care and general pet health. Maintain accurate medical records for each patient. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment. Qualifications Strong knowledge of animal anatomy and veterinary terminology. Proficiency in animal handling and restraint techniques. Experience with diagnostic equipment such as X-ray machines is preferred. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with pet owners and team members.
