What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician, with a strong surgical background Proficiency in core technical skills, including: Animal restraint Radiology Venipuncture Medication administration Dental radiographs Anesthesia preparation, monitoring, and recovery Comfortable with treatment planning, client education, staff training, and detailed medical record documentation Credentialed technicians are eligible for additional compensation and license reimbursement.•What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience and credentials Sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 (paid after 90 days; 1-year agreement applies) Flexible scheduling with four 10-hour shifts Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with employer matching Paid time off: up to 40 hours vacation (after 90 days) + 3 days sick leave 6 paid holidays + 2 floating holidays annually CE allowance, CVT license reimbursement, and scrub allowance Generous pet care discounts Team-building and appreciation events throughout the year•Ready to Take the Next Step?
