Job Description

Veterinary Technician
  • Are you a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician looking for a fulfilling career in animal care? San Carlos Park Animal Hospital is seeking a talented Veterinary Technician to join our team of passionate professionals.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist veterinarians in surgical procedures, examinations, and treatments.
  • Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Perform laboratory tests and analyze results.
  • Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to our animal patients.
  • Educate pet owners on proper pet care and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and patients.
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional veterinary care.
  • Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience working in a veterinary clinic or hospital. Avi-Mark experience.
  • Proficiency in animal restraint and handling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for animal welfare and care.
