Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess the necessary skills to assist in providing high-quality veterinary services.

Duties:

• Assist veterinarians in routine examinations and surgical procedures
• Perform laboratory tests such as skin scrapes, cytology, and lab work.
• Administer medications and vaccines under veterinary supervision
• Handle animals with care and compassion during treatment and recovery
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and progress
• Educate pet owners on proper animal care and treatment protocols

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in animal handling, including dog and cat handling
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal physiology, and catheterization techniques
• Strong communication skills with both pet owners and veterinary staff
