Required skills include:
Increase efficiency of the doctor staff by providing care and support to patients, clients, and hospital staff. Provide excellent medical support and compassionate care for patients and clients. Duties and Responsibilities Give accurate and detailed rounds. Deliver compassionate, attentive, and high-quality care to hospitalized patients Monitor patient conditions closely, recognize changes in patient status Evaluate and identify lung sounds (abnormal and normal) and evaluate and identify heart murmurs on auscultation. Demonstrate the comprehension and treatment of hypercapnia, hypocapnia, hypertension, hypotension, bradycardia, tachycardia Demonstrate knowledge and competency caring for patients requiring supplemental oxygen therapy, including patients housed in our Snyder oxygen cages. Understand and interpret ECG parameters and common abnormalities. Assist with and perform basic and advanced CPR. Appropriately calculate and set up continuous rate infusions. Correctly and safely restrain animals. Understand and identify bradycardic and tachycardic arrhythmias. Be familiar with common medications used in the hospital. Understand the different types of crystalloids and colloids and know when they should be used. Set up and maintain a buretrol with fluids and additives Responsible for upholding the spirit of ACCESS by handling all necessary tasks that require attention
• Willing to learn with a team that is willing to teach! Experienced technicians, CVT, or VTS positions are available in ER, ICU, Surgery, Neurology, and/or Internal Medicine. Overnight shifts also available! You should exemplify our guiding principles of Quality, Integrity, Compassion, and Service. We are performing extremely cutting-edge and complex procedures in a state of the art facility.
