Possess excellent customer services skills in-person and on the telephone Be efficient, courteous, polite, and helpful to all clients under all conditions and at all times Adhere to all expectations outlined in our General Policies Standards Experience in eVetPractice software preferred, yet not required Be a team-player in all aspects of our practice operations Able to place an IV catheter and perform jugular blood draws Familiarity with

IDEXX/HESKA

in-house laboratory equipment preferred Have the ability to work in the capacity of surgical tech with anesthesia experience Able to clean surgical instruments under sanitary protocols and operate an autoclave Technical experience with pet dental cleaning and polishing Able to assist with both DR radiography and digital dental X-rays Provide technical assistance/prepping reference laboratory samples Support veterinarians while in the examination room with clients Assist with all aspects of veterinarian-directed care in our treatment areas including wound care, bandaging, nail trims, anal gland expressions, ear cleaning, and post-operative follow-up care. Must be able to clearly communicate doctor's directives with clients Able to speak with clients regarding pre and post-surgical instructions, patient discharges and follow-ups.
