In this role, you will partner closely with Practice Leadership to support daily operations, coach team members, and help implement improvements that enhance both patient outcomes and overall hospital efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistance, and treatment administration Support daily workflow by assisting with task delegation and ensuring efficient patient flow Train and mentor veterinary assistants/technicians and new team members Assist in onboarding and skill development of medical staff Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols Communicate effectively with veterinarians, team members, and clients Help foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment
