Key Responsibilities Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and diagnostic procedures with precision and confidence Perform animal restraint and handling to ensure safety for both pets and staff during treatments or examinations Conduct laboratory tests, prepare samples, and interpret results to support accurate diagnoses Maintain aseptic techniques during procedures to prevent infections and ensure patient safety Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments following veterinary protocols Support pet grooming, pet care, and animal husbandry activities to promote overall well-being Operate diagnostic equipment such as X-ray machines, CT and ultrasound, ensuring high-quality imaging for accurate assessments Communicate clearly and warmly with clients Assist with dental procedures by understanding dental terminology and performing dental cleanings or treatments Support animal catheterization, animal anatomy knowledge application, and animal physiology understanding during medical procedures Maintain detailed medical records and documentation in compliance with clinic standards What We Are Looking For Credentialed CVT, LVT or equivalent Strong technical skills and confidence with patient handling Excellent communication and client-service abilities A calm, professional and compassionate demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced yet organized setting Genuine love for animals and commitment to high-quality medical care Reliability, teamwork and positivity are essential What we Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health benefits PTO and paid holidays Opportunities for continuing education and skill development A beautiful, modern, stress-conscious work environment Supportive leadership that truly values its team members A hospital culture built on respect, kindness and excellence Why Radiant Veterinary?
