Key Responsibilities:
. Assist in developing/implementing methods of improving the clinic and morale of the technicians . Investigate and/or develop learning opportunities for team . Work with leadership team/management on developing and implementing new policies, procedures and accountability efforts. Client communication and education. Patient care and husbandry. Technical duties, including blood draws, x-rays, anesthesia monitoring, and IV catheter placement. Patient restraint and assisting veterinarians during exams and procedures. Preparing patients for exams and procedures. Filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
