Medicine, Not Admin :
Our management team handles the non-medical aspects, letting you practice at the top of your license and find deeper satisfaction in your work. Key Responsibilities Assist veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, surgeries, and mobile or telehealth support. Administer medications, vaccines, and preventive treatments.
Preventive Care :
Administer vaccinations and preventive treatments in alignment with Tandem's philosophy of proactive health management.
Advanced Diagnostics :
Utilize cutting-edge diagnostic tools, including imaging and lab equipment, to provide high-quality care and accurate results.
Collaborative Practice :
Work closely with other clinical team members to create and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
Uphold Clinical Standards :
Stay current with industry best practices, maintain compliance with licensing regulations, and champion Tandem's culture of continuous learning. Contribute to
Process Improvements :
Offer insights into clinic workflows, technology enhancements, and protocol updates to help shape Tandem's evolving model.
Qualifications Educational Background:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
Licensing:
Valid veterinary license to practice in Massachusetts or able to obtain before the start date.
Experience :
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical or mobile setting.
Animal Handling:
Proficiency in safe and compassionate handling and restraint techniques.
Technical Proficiency:
Comfort using modern veterinary software, diagnostic tools, and AI-powered systems.
Diagnostic Skills:
Ability to accurately interpret lab tests, imaging results, and other diagnostics.
Treatment Planning:
Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
Client Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and empathetically.
Team Player Mindset :
Enthusiastic about a collaborative culture that values feedback, mentorship, and shared growth.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work in various clinical settings (mobile, telehealth, hospital) and shifts, including evening and weekend shifts. Commitment to

The expected base salary range for this role is 120K-150K per Year. Options for 20% pro sal with no negative accrual or salary with company bonus.
