High tech hospital, integrated remote team, highest quality diagnostics Hospital Trifecta Mentality - Patient Care, Team Wellness, Hospital Wellness Schedule - One weekday off every week, every other Saturday off, no Sundays. We may transition to three 12 hour workdays but not anytime soon. Low tolerance for clients who don't treat our team with respect and kindness Three sister hospitals: Easthaven Animal Hospital in Ann Arbor, Dandy Acres Animal Hospital in South Lyon, Shelter Bay Animal Hospital in Novi Benefits 11 days PTO for full time employees (after 90 days) $200 Health Insurance Premium Contribution Simple IRA with 1% match Generous discount for employee pets Biweekly Lunch, Team building events, Continuing Education events Uniform reimbursement Who we are looking for: Our support lab technicians are the diagnostic backbone of the medicine we practice. We support the Nurses and Doctors, assisting with restraint, general patient care, and cleaning and stocking. We run labs and bloodwork, acting as intermediaries between the patients, nurses, doctors, and clients to process patients' labs, so our doctors can provide informed care. Opportunities are available for exceptional candidates to advance into nursing and/or leadership roles.
