WHAT YOU WILL DO

Compassionately and professionally communicate with clients concerning their pet's needs and the pet parent's concerns Educate and communicate with clients concerning the importance of spay/neuter, well care, and parasite prevention Perform venipuncture, in-house cytology (ears, fecals, urinalysis), vaccinations, microchipping, nail trims and other preventive care services Utilize low stress handling techniques to ensure patient safety and comfort Accurately document medical records (we use eVet software) Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Part-Time (Detroit) $16 to $25 per hour based on experience, veterinary technician licensing status and ability to speak both Spanish and English.
