YOUR HOURS
This full-time position requires 36 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility and some rotation, including weekends and holidays.
WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS
As our Veterinary Pharmacy Technician, you will work alongside our dedicated veterinarians and support staff to provide essential care for our patients. Your key responsibilities include preparing and distributing medications, managing refills, and overseeing inventory to ensure availability. You'll fill prescriptions for various cases, ensuring accuracy in dosages and processing requests through our EMR system and Chewy.com. Compliance with pharmacy laws and quality standards is crucial, as is effective communication with clients and healthcare professionals. You will also maintain an organized workspace and adapt to the evolving needs of your role, all while supporting our mission of compassionate patient care.
