Our goal is to provide the best veterinary medical care in the northeast with state-of-the-art equipment, the most knowledgeable staff, and a genuine love for our patients and their companions. We are committed to educating our clients with the most up-to-date information so that they can make informed choices about their pets' health and lifestyle so that they can live happy, healthy lives for years to come.
We are growing and looking to add veterinary technicians that are passionate about quality of care to our team! We love to welcome new teammates and we also love teaching
Monday
Animal restraint, triage of incoming patients, collection and analysis of lab samples, diagnostic imaging, management and nursing care of medical and hospitalized cases with varying degrees of stability, administration of medications, effective communication of treatment plans with clients, surgical preparation and assistance, and anesthetic management.
Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal waste and potentially contagious diseases.

QualificationsWe're looking for:
A certified veterinary technician, 1+ year experience preferred but not required
A high work ethic and positive attitude team memberAbility to arrive on-time and ready to workSaturday availabilityExceptional customer service skills and ability to communicate preciselyInterpret medical records and record client history accuratelyKnowledge in preventative care, surgical procedures, and hospital flowAbility to restrain pets in a low-stress and safe mannerProficient in sample collection to include blood samples, urine, fecal, and skinAbility to properly set-up and process laboratory samples and testsProficient in positioning and capturing radiographs, positioning for dental radiographs are a plusProficient in anesthesia and surgical monitoringA self-starter with the desire to continue to advance one's knowledge and skillsetAbility to receive in a professional manner constructive feedback to maintain hospital efficiencyAdditional Information
