Leadership Opportunity in a growing clinic The Veterinary Lead Technician-Clinical Technician and training lead role is a hands-on clinical position that combines daily technician responsibilities with leadership in staff training, mentorship, and development. This role supports the growth and success of all team members by helping ensure consistent training, strong clinical skills, and adherence to hospital protocols — while continuing to function as an active veterinary technician on the floor and supporting the hospital manager optimize daily workflow and operations of the hospital. This position is designed to promote teamwork, learning, and high-quality patient care through guidance, support, and collaboration. Qualifications
  • Experience as a licensed veterinary technician.
  • Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Veterinary Technician Certification CVT, RVT, or LVT
  • Degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program
  • Surgical/dental and anesthesia experience with a strong skillset and knowledge ? Responsibilities
  • Assist veterinarians with exams, treatments, and surgical procedures.
  • Safely handle and restrain animals; administer medications and vaccines.
  • Collect lab samples and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Educate clients on pet care and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
  • Training staff members in all areas of a clinic setting
