Job Description

This is a full-time opportunity for a veterinary technician with a busy specialty referral practice accepting referred patients from NJ, NY, and PA.
Animal/ veterinary experience is necessary:
Veterinary assistants -we will train you to the level of a technician and advance your skill set . Experienced technicians-we will help you to grow professionally. Gap year pre-veterinary candidates -we offer the opportunity to enhance your veterinary applications. Must be people friendly, have the ability to multi-task and be willing to perform technician duties such as handling and restraint. Responsibilities include obtaining detailed histories, setting up for procedures, patient admit, animal restraint, monitoring, administering injections, IV catheters, recovery, discharge, equipment maintenance, and contact with referring practices. Great appreciative client base, unusual and rewarding cases, and enthusiastic team-based approach. Take it to the next level. Full time hours are M, T, Th, F and include Saturdays.
