Schedule & Incentives Full-time overnight emergency position 3 x 12-hour shifts per week Predictable alternating schedule designed to support work/life balance. Not your typical career path. We are different than many other specialty hospitals in that we offer our technicians the ability to rotate throughout the different departments without the risk of getting "stuck" in just one. However, if you find a specialty that you absolutely love, the opportunity to specialize is available. We offer a unique technician training program for each department that is based upon the VTS requirements for that specialty, streamlining the process of obtaining your VTS. NorthStar is proud to offer a partnership with an accredited Veterinary Technology program allowing our staff to obtain their A.A.S. and sit for their VTNE! Who we are.
