Job Description

Veterinary Technician Location:
East Rutherford, NJ 07073
Work Hours:
Weekdays, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday & Saturday, 5:00 PM-1:00 AM. Hours may vary based on operational needs and racing schedules.
Dress Code:
Business casual Monday-Thursday; jeans permitted Friday Under the direction of a supervisory official, performs drug test sampling and collects blood, urine, and other biological samples for prohibited medications and substances. Assists veterinary professionals with race-day preparation, maintains veterinary lists and medical records, monitors certain treatments performed by private practitioners, ensures compliance with applicable regulations, and performs other related duties as assigned. The position may require non-traditional work hours , including evenings and weekends, sometimes on short notice. Work schedules may vary based on operational needs. Overtime opportunities may be available, subject to operational requirements and approval. Pay:
