Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care, a high level of professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced veterinary setting.

Responsibilities For Veterinary Technician:

Assist veterinarian in the examination and treatment of animals, including preparing animals and instruments for surgery. Perform laboratory tests, such as blood work, and urinalysis, to help in the diagnosis and treatment of our patients. Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by a veterinarian. Take and process X-rays. Provide nursing care and monitor vitals for our patients as needed. Educate and advise pet owners on the general care, medical conditions, and treatments of pets. Maintain accurate patient records and billing information. Ensure that the clinic environment is clean and well-maintained.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of general Vet Tech experience required.. Reliable and motivated, good team member Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to handle and restrain animals safely. Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
