The responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks, including conducting initial physical examinations, collecting and analyzing samples such as blood and urine, and administering medications and vaccines as prescribed by the veterinarian. Additionally, LVTs are adept at providing emergency care and monitoring anesthesia during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of animal patients. LVT would also play a crucial role in educating pet owners on proper care and preventive health practices.
