This role requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our patients while ensuring a calm and stress-free experience for both pets and their owners. Key Responsibilities Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures. Provide nursing care to hospitalized patients, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications. Perform laboratory tests, radiology, and other diagnostic procedures as needed. Utilize Fear Free techniques to minimize stress and anxiety in patients. Maintain accurate medical records and client communications using EzyVet software. Educate clients on pet health, wellness, and post-treatment care. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols within the hospital. Qualifications Current Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) license in the state of Ohio. Experience working in a Fear Free hospital or familiarity with Fear Free principles. Proficiency with EzyVet practice management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
