We work hard, laugh often, help each other out, and believe that veterinary medicine is significantly better when you enjoy the people you work with. Who We're Looking For You're an RVT/CVT who: Is registered/certified and in good standing Has solid technical skills and takes pride in your work Can confidently handle both routine appointments and the occasional curveball Communicates well with doctors, teammates and clients Is compassionate toward both patients and their humans Knows that teamwork means jumping in when someone else needs a hand Is comfortable giving and receiving feedback Wants to continue learning and growing Experience is wonderful. We're not looking for a robot who can simply move from room to room checking boxes. We want a technician. Someone who notices when a patient isn't quite right. Someone who advocates for their patients. Someone who can anticipate what the doctor needs before being asked. Someone who is willing to help a teammate who is drowning, celebrate a successful surgery, comfort a nervous client and laugh at the ridiculousness of veterinary medicine along the way. We have 5 doctors and a strong support team, which means you won't be thrown onto an island and expected to figure everything out yourself. We believe good medicine happens when people have the tools, support and trust to do their jobs well. Sound Like Your Kind of Place? If you're an CVT looking for a hospital where your skills are valued, your voice is heard, and your coworkers will probably send you a picture of a ridiculous patient five minutes after you clock out… We'd love to meet you.
