We think you should get to use those skills. Alburtis Animal Hospital is an independently owned small-animal practice looking for a talented, engaged Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team. We are growing, evolving and investing in the way we practice medicine — and we're looking for a CVT who wants to be part of that. This isn't a position where you'll spend your day simply holding pets and cleaning rooms. We want our technicians to think, contribute, learn and use their clinical skills. What you'll actually get to do Depending on your experience and interests, your role will include: Anesthesia monitoring and surgical support Dental procedures and dental radiography Venipuncture and IV catheter placement Digital radiography In-house laboratory testing and microscopy Ear cytology and other technician-level diagnostics Medication preparation and patient treatments Hospitalized patient care Technician appointments Client education Preventative care Supporting our doctors with efficient patient flow And yes — everyone helps with the everyday work that keeps a hospital running.
