About the Position As a Veterinary Technician at Pets In Harmony, you'll play an important role in improving the lives of pets by assisting our veterinarians, providing hands-on patient care, and building relationships with pet parents. We believe experienced veterinary technicians should be utilized to their fullest potential . What We're Looking For Veterinary technicians with a minimum of one year of clinical veterinary experience . Licensure is welcome but not required; hands-on veterinary experience is required. Strong technical skills, including laboratory procedures, radiology, restraint, and patient care. Anesthesia, surgical assistance, dental prophylaxis, are preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both clients and coworkers. A tech-savvy, adaptable, solutions-focused person who can thrive in a busy and growing practice. A team player who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed. A commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care and an excellent client experience. Someone excited about continuing to learn and develop their technical skills. Compensation is based on licensure, experience, technical ability, attitude, and willingness to be an active part of the team.
