Veterinary TechnicianDaily Responsibilities:
Room Position:
Room Wellness and Problem appointments obtaining vitals and history Educate client on preventative care including, preventative blood work, 4DX/ FIV/FELV testing, dental care, weight management and yearly f/t and hwt prevention Discuss medication prescribed including side effects, etc. Chart for Exam Doctor Pull Blood, place IVC, GiveSQ,IM,IV
injectionsPerform RadiographsSchedule:
Schedule would range from 10 and 12hr shifts. Flexible schedule with rotating weekend coverage required at our larger hospital.Qualifications:
1-2 years of Veterinary experience required, new grads encouraged to apply. Certification or ability to become certified preferred but not required.Pay based on experience and technical skills.
