Job Description
We are looking for a certified Veterinary Nurse/Tech to work fulltime in our fast-paced small animal practice. We are a complete general practice offering wellness care, digital radiography, ultrasound and surgery. Qualified candidates must be willing to also work in both reception and nursing positions. Possess good communication skills and be a team player with a positive and upbeat personality, be able to work independently and proficiently. Job candidates will also be required to answer multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, and complete administrative tasks such as accurately maintaining patient charts. Must have knowledge of both canine and feline vaccines. Candidates with proficient technical skills in phlebotomy, x-ray, laboratory, anesthetic monitoring and dentistry are a must. This position requires Tuesday-Thursday (8:30am-5:30/6pm) Fridays (8:30am-2:30pm) and Saturdays (8:30am-12:30pm).
