  • time Certified Veterinary Technician to join our team.

The candidate will work closely, alongside fellow team members to maintain a productive, positive, and respectful work environment to ensure that a positive impact on pet health in our community is reached. Team members are encouraged to utilize their veterinary and customer service knowledge, communication skills, and love of animals to make a difference in the lives of pets and the clients we serve, and we welcome diverse perspectives and ideas to foster positive changes in the veterinary field.
Responsibilities:
▪Support the veterinarian to ensure quality care, advocate for pets and educate clients. ▪Assist veterinarian and other staff to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow. ▪Assist veterinarian with patient exams and treatments (including obtaining pertinent history from clients, safe restraint for radiographic, phlebotomy and laboratory procedures, medication review and doctor recommendation(s) review. ▪Assist veterinarian with surgeries (including scheduling, intake, pre

  • post-op, discharge, and follow-up) ▪Maintain detailed and accurate medical records.
▪Maintain safe and clean workspaces. ▪Willingness to guide, mentor and support all members of the Green Hill Veterinary Care team.
Requirements:
▪Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (CVT, RVT, or LVT) ▪Commitment beyond qualifications ▪Being a veterinary technician at Green Hill Veterinary Care requires much more than just certified credentials.
