(10 p.m

m) Our large animal veterinary assistants are responsible for the care and treatment of all patients in the large animal hospital, as well as maintenance of the facilities. (Large animals consisting predominantly of horses, but also cattle, goats, and sheep) We are seeking a motivated employee willing to serve our amazing team of veterinarians. Candidates must be reliable and able to communicate with the veterinarians and other assistants. Responsibilities
  • Must be 18+
  • Must have experience in equine handling, feeding/watering, and cleaning stalls.
  • Medical experience is preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented and be able to learn very quickly.
  • Ability to work outdoors in any weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift at least 50lb.
  • Must be able to safely assist the veterinarian during appointments and procedures.
  • Efficiently communicate with clients and doctors.
