Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide high•quality care to animals in a veterinary setting, assisting veterinarians with diagnostics and treatment while ensuring the well•being of every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures. Perform routine laboratory tests and analyze results. Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed. Monitor patient health and behavior before, during, and after procedures. Prepare patients for surgery, assist with monitoring and support post•operative recovery. Perform and assist with X-ray imaging, ensuring proper equipment handling. Educate pet owners on wellness exams, vaccination schedules and preventative care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records. Ensure a clean, safe and organized environment for patients and staff.
