TLC Animal Hospital - El Paso, TX Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Benefits Available TLC Animal Hospital is looking for a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced veterinary environment while providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities Assist veterinarians during exams, treatments, and surgical procedures Safely restrain animals for examinations and procedures Collect laboratory samples (blood, urine, fecal) and run in-house diagnostics Take radiographs and assist with imaging procedures Monitor anesthesia and patient vital signs during surgery Administer medications and vaccines as directed by the veterinarian Educate clients on medications, preventative care, and discharge instructions Maintain clean treatment and surgical areas Qualifications Veterinary clinic experience preferred Strong animal handling and patient care skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Veterinary Technician certification (LVT/CVT/RVT) preferred but not required What We Offer Supportive team environment Employee pet care discounts Paid time off Opportunities for professional growth If you are passionate about animal care and enjoy working with a collaborative team, we would love to hear from you.
