Receptionist/Veterinary Technician

Multi doctor veterinary clinic in Pilot Point area looking to hire an experienced part time Veterinary Technician/Receptionist Part time 20 to 30 hours a week. Seeking motivated, team oriented and professional individual in a fast paced small animal General Practice. We offer a wide range of services including surgeries, preventative care, dental work and emergency care.

Requirements:

1 year experience minimum as a Veterinary Technician and/or Veterinary Receptionist. Reliable Friendly, good communication skills Basic computer knowledge Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted Team player Willing to learn Some travelling to other location in Little Elm may be required

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Job Duties:

Front desk operations including scheduling, client phone calls and in person client interactions. Charting files and invoicing. Handling and restraint of small animals, administering and recording medications. Cleaning and daily care of animals and facility. Assistance with anesthetic monitoring and surgical prep
