Overnight Veterinary Technician

Full-Time Schedule:
Overnight Monday-Friday 6p-7am Reports to: Veterinary Operations Manager (clinical) Love. Play. Discover. — and provide calm, skilled overnight care when pets need it most. Noble Pet Center is a premium pet medical boarding and daycare facility connected to the Animal Cancer & Referral Center (ACRC) . We care for pets across the full spectrum of needs — from healthy daycare guests to medically complex patients receiving chemotherapy, mobility support, or specialized medical boarding care. We are seeking an Overnight Veterinary Technician who is passionate about patient comfort, Fear Free handling, and providing high-quality nursing care. This role is ideal for a technician who values case continuity, attentive wellness monitoring, and maintaining patient stability overnight while working in a calm, supportive environment focused on exceptional patient care. During the initial onboarding period, the technician will begin with day shifts to allow for comprehensive training and integration with the team. Once training is complete, the schedule will transition to overnight shifts . What You'll Do As an Overnight Veterinary Technician at Noble Pet Center, you will: Provide overnight monitoring and nursing care for general boarding and medical boarding patients Perform routine overnight assessments including behavior, appetite, elimination, comfort, mobility, and recovery status Administer and oversee administration of medications and treatments , ensuring accuracy and on-time scheduling Support pets recovering from procedures, sedation, or ongoing medical treatment with appropriate monitoring and documentation Respond appropriately to overnight concerns by escalating to the Operations Manager or veterinary leadership when needed Maintain detailed and accurate medical records, treatment logs, and overnight wellness updates Communicate clear handoffs to the daytime team to ensure seamless continuity of care, including: reviewing medical and behavioral history confirming feeding routines and medication schedules identifying special-care needs and Fear Free accommodations Provide updates to pet owners as directed regarding any overnight concerns or changes in patient status Help maintain a clean, safe, Fear Free environment overnight, including supporting basic sanitation and patient comfort measures Why Noble Pet Center You'll be part of a mission-driven team where medicine and enrichment meet , and every pet receives customized, compassionate care.

LVT/RVT/CVT
