RECOVER CPR
✔ Arterial blood pressure monitoring ✔ Chest tube placement and management ✔ Epidural and local anesthetic blocks ✔ Nasogastric tubes, urinary catheters, and tracheostomy care ✔ Advanced post-operative patient monitoring ✔ Collaboration with Oncology, ICU, and Specialty Services This is an ideal role for technicians who enjoy learning, growing, and being directly involved in advanced surgical medicine. What You'll Do Prepare patients for surgery and assist throughout the perioperative process Calculate anesthetic protocols and CRIs Induce, monitor, and recover anesthesia patients Monitor ventilators, arterial blood pressure, ECG, temperature, and advanced anesthesia parameters Assist with CT scans and specialty diagnostic procedures Prepare and maintain surgical packs, instruments, and sterile equipment Place IV catheters and perform advanced venipuncture Assist with chest tubes, urinary catheters, feeding tubes, blood transfusions, and advanced patient care procedures Monitor hospitalized and post-operative patients Collect and process laboratory samples Educate clients and provide compassionate support throughout the surgical journey Collaborate closely with Surgery, Oncology, and ICU teams Advocate for patients and help deliver exceptional specialty care Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Love surgery, anesthesia, and challenging medical cases Enjoy critical thinking and problem-solving Have strong technical and anesthesia monitoring skills Are detail-oriented and confident with drug calculations Thrive in a fast-paced specialty environment Value teamwork, communication, and patient advocacy Enjoy being part of complex procedures and seeing patients through recovery Have a passion for surgery, ECC, ICU, anesthesia, or specialty medicine Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of veterinary technician experience Specialty, emergency, ICU, anesthesia, surgery, or advanced GP experience
LVT/CVT/VTS
