Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and caring Veterinary Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about animal health, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and works well both independently and as part of a team. You'll play a key role in supporting our doctors, caring for our patients, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures Perform patient monitoring, anesthesia induction and maintenance, and recovery Collect and process lab samples (blood, urine, fecal, cytology, etc.) Take and position radiographs safely and effectively Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed Place IV catheters, perform venipuncture, and maintain accurate medical records Provide compassionate nursing care and handle patients safely Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients and coworkers Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the clinic
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-2 years of veterinary technician experience preferred Strong technical skills and a desire to learn and grow Excellent teamwork, communication, and multitasking abilities Dedication to patient well-being and client education
