Job Description

Pay & Benefits $19/hr Schedule Wednesday - Sunday (Shift hours to be determined) 📍 Dallas, TX Help pets find their forever homes by providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the adoption process.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective adopters in person, by phone, and via email Guide adopters through the adoption process and answer questions Match pets with adopters based on lifestyle and compatibility Process adoption applications and maintain accurate records Update adoption information using computer systems and databases Support adoption events and community outreach initiatives Work with team members to help achieve placement goals
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers, email, and data entry systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Compassion for animals and a passion for helping pets find homes Ability to work weekends as scheduled Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, animal welfare, or a related field preferred but not required Apply now! 🐾❤️
