We are in search of professional stylists for our furry and short hair canine and feline guests. These professionals will have a passion to make a difference in the lives of our pets by offering a styling experience to improve the look and feel of the pet's physical appearance while ensuring a positive overall experience for the pet with compassion and outstanding customer service for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Groomers are responsible for admitting their pets and talking to pet parents at drop off and answering any questions during their appointment. Educate and communicate with clients regarding grooming along with veterinary needs (training is available in these areas if needed) Work with the bather to schedule future appointments for pets Groomer is responsible for their tools and communicating with management to assist in and ensure tool maintenance along with keeping their work area clean and organized Positive and friendly attitude
Requirements:
Positive and friendly attitude Attention to detail Strong work ethic Ability and desire to communicate well with clients and team Team member with the ability to work independently and with the team Professional Grooming experience is required. Must have complete understanding of breed standard haircuts and groom all breeds. Experience with cats is also preferred.
