Veterinarians to Cats is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our feline-exclusive veterinary team. Our hospital is committed to creating a low-stress, cat-friendly environment where patients receive the highest standard of medical care and clients feel supported and educated. Responsibilities:
Assist veterinarians with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgical procedures Perform dentals, venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory testing, radiography, and anesthesia monitoring Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Provide nursing care for hospitalized feline patients Educate clients on preventive care, medications, nutrition, and treatment plans Maintain accurate medical records and ensure excellent patient care standards Support a calm, compassionate, and stress-free experience for cats and their owners
Qualifications:
Current Veterinary Technician license/certification in good standing Experience in small animal practice preferred; feline experience is a plus Strong anesthesia, laboratory, and patient care skills Excellent communication and client service abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to compassionate, high-quality feline medicine
